When we updated our computer system to enhance our sales and shipping functions, unfortunately, an undetected flaw in the software resulted in a substantial financial loss.  We knew we had to drastically increase sales to compensate for the loss, but our accounting firm couldn’t give us any practical advice on how to do it.  I called HLA and was introduced to Carl.  He believed the structure and methodology behind Strategic Performance Management (SPM) would enable us to achieve our financial goals.  While facilitating discussions with management, HLA helped our staff establish daily financial quotas, as well as examine the work required to achieve them.  What a success! Not only did we reverse our financial dilemma, but we established an open line of communication company-wide that increased employee participation and improved morale.  SPM is an excellent program every business owner should consider.
