Melissa Fedor joined the firm in 2000.  Melissa provides tax planning, preparation and research for HLA clients.  She has extensive expertise in the design of accounting systems, budget models, tax strategies and review engagements.  Additionally, Melissa has led the firm’s efforts to integrate new technologies to improve internal systems and electronic services available to our clients.

Prior to joining HLA, Melissa was employed as a senior staff accountant with a regional accounting firm for three years.  Preceding her CPA licensure, she worked within private industry where she was responsible for several accounting functions.  “Having worked directly for a small business enhances my abilities to serve the needs of small business clients,” she said.
